He has led commercial asset management and strata sales across a portfolio exceeding 30 million sq. ft., consistently driving value creation and transaction efficiency.
He has executed mandates for a marquee roster of global institutions including HSBC, Barclays, Citibank, Citco, Northern Trust, IBM, Idea, and Brose, while engaging with Blackstone, Bank of America, Merrill Lynch, and leading HNIs on capital origination and deployment.
He has also overseen critical infrastructure frameworks with a focused mandate on water management systems — covering design, optimisation, and scalable sustainability integration across complex developments.
Financial & Operational Excellence
An IIT Delhi alumnus, Murtaza brings over 15 years of global Capital Markets and Investment Banking experience to India's commercial and industrial real estate sector. His career spans London, New York, Copenhagen, and Pune, with leading roles at Merrill Lynch, Nomura, HSBC, and Saxo Bank — where he developed and launched financial products and mastered the art of negotiating and dealing across geographies.
